Santo Tomas

Yoga & Workshops

Your Santo Tomas retreat is a yoga retreat for ALL levels of experience. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, your experience with Santo Tomas Retreats will be enriching, exhilarating and liberating.

Yoga – Our yoga classes are beginner level that people with any level of experience will enjoy. Erin provides a wonderful environment to practice mindfully through breath exercises, meditation, sound healing, stretching and movement with breath for a deep connection to your mind, body and spirit to heal, strengthen, balance and rejuvenate. She also provides props (mats, straps, blocks and blankets) for extra support and comfort in our classes.

There will be a morning and evening class overlooking the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Morning classes tend to be more energizing connecting breath with movement (vinyasa flow), and afternoon classes are more gentle in nature (restorative yoga, meditation and sound healing). With this daily combination you will receive a sense of what it means to embody ‘graceful balance and strength’ in your life.

Workshops – Mindful self-compassion supporting self-healing and return to one’s authenticity.

These workshops will be guided by Hanna and Erin’s mother, Yvonne Crewse. Yvonne has participated in several Santo Tomas Retreats at Santo Tomas throughout the years.

Hanna and Erin are happy to have her become a more permanent part of the retreats at Santo Tomas offering workshops on mindful self-compassion supporting self-healing and return to one’s authenticity.
