Our yoga classes are beginner level that people with any level of experience will enjoy. We provide a wonderful environment to practice mindfully through breath exercises, meditation, sound healing, stretching and movement with breath for a deep connection to your mind, body and spirit to heal, strengthen, balance and rejuvenate. We also provide props (mats, straps, blocks and blankets) for extra support and comfort in our classes.
There will be a morning and evening class. Morning classes tend to be more energizing connecting breath with movement (vinyasa flow), and afternoon classes are more gentle in nature (restorative yoga, meditation and sound healing). With this daily combination you will receive a sense of what it means to embody ‘graceful balance and strength’ in your life.
